Student Activity and Engagement:
Student will use TimeRime for a homework activity to create and present a timeline on the historical development of the disease malaria. Students will gather and process information from secondary sources and record the major events that contribute to our understanding of the cause and prevention of malaria. The use of timeline is a powerful visual representation that can enhance student understanding and memorising of chronological events. Students will be more engaged and challenged by creating the timelines themselves rather than being provided one that is ready-made.
