Student Activity and Engagement:
As a group assignment, students will use Audioboo to present short recordings that illustrate the lesson topic "Sound is a very important communication medium for humans and other animals". Groups can choose from different topics such as "wavelength frequency and pitch", "sound and vibration", "different animal sounds" and "sound through different medium" etc. The use of audio recordings is relatively unique to their usual presentation methods so students will be able to experience a different and engaging way of presenting their ideas. Uploaded recordings are conveniently accessible making it ideal for sharing with classmates.
